Welcome to Blue Ridge Herbal News

Hi there,

This is CoreyPine Shane, Holistic Herbalist, RH (AHG) and director of the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine. This blog is a place to share what’s happening in herbal medicine, what plants are ripe and ready to be harvested to eat or to make medicine with or to just appreciate, and to keep the conversation alive about the continually changing and evolving world of modern herbal medicine.

Be Well, and Enjoy!

Thanks Maria! Love your crochet cupcakes!

  3. Dear Corey,
Your mom just sent me your blog. It is fantastic! I have made notes from the one on our circulation bec. I am having problems associated with that as per bruising showing as small red spots of blood at the surface of my skin as well as a persistent rash called granulara avular. I am going to begin Black Cohash again. Maybe I should take Arnica Montana also. I read something yesterday in researching my problems that said that Fish Oil and Gingko could be suspect with these problems.
Happy holidays! As you know, your mom was so thrilled to have you visit over Thanksgiving! Hope you come back soon.
